Registration

You must register for an account with Bright Mind Academy to access courses and purchase services. Registration requires providing your full name and contact information.

2.2 Data Protection

Any personal data shared during registration will be subject to our privacy policy, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

2.3 Password Security

You will be required to create a password upon registration. We are not liable if you fail to keep your password confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately for appropriate action.

2.4 Email Accuracy

Failure to enter a correct email address during registration may result in an inability to access purchased courses. We are not responsible for incorrect email addresses entered, whether in error or otherwise. Contact us immediately to correct any errors.

Purchase

3.1 Payment and Confirmation

Payment for any courses or services from Bright Mind Academy will be taken immediately upon purchase. A purchase is confirmed once payment is made and you receive email confirmation.

3.2 Purchase Agreement

At the point of purchase, you agree to abide by these terms. Your course will be subject to these relevant terms.

3.3 Pricing Errors

The price of courses, certificates, or services will be clearly stated on our website or application. We are not liable to supply courses at an undercharged price due to error or other reasons.

Course Content

4.1 Quality Assurance

We strive to ensure course materials are of high quality, but the responsibility for delivering the course lies with the respective instructor or organisations. We cannot be held liable if a course fails to meet your requirements or expectations.

4.2 Technical Issues

If you encounter technical issues preventing access to course materials, we will resolve them as quickly as possible.

Account Termination

5.1 Breach of Terms

If you breach these terms, we reserve the right to suspend your account.

5.2 Further Interaction

We may refuse further interaction with you after suspending your account, including access to services or courses. Attempting to create a new account to circumvent this may result in termination of the new account.

6.3 Intellectual Property

When sharing content, you assert that you are the original author and own all intellectual property rights of the content. This does not apply to third-party videos or links included in course materials.

6.4 Responsibility

Course content provided by you is your responsibility. We are not liable for any content shared by you that defames, breaches intellectual property rights, involves fraud or privacy violations, or similar claims.

6.5 Prohibited Content

You agree not to provide content that promotes illegal activities, disseminates illegal information, promotes hate speech, contains violent or sexually explicit material, promotes libellous or violent conduct, or infringes on personal privacy or intellectual property rights.

Our Liabilities

7.1 Limitation of Liability

Bright Mind Academy is not liable for any potential losses (including but not limited to business, financial, personal, or economic) resulting from accessing courses or services through our platform.

7.2 Liability Cap

Our liability in relevant cases is limited to the total amount you have paid for courses or services purchased from us.

7.3 Claims Deadline

Liability claims cannot be brought against us later than 12 months after the initial purchase of a course or service.

7.4 Personal Injury

Nothing in this agreement limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury.

International Use

8.1 Geographic Applicability

There is no guarantee that information within our services or courses is appropriate or applicable outside the United Kingdom. Responsibility for accessing information in other countries lies entirely with you.

General

9.1 Governing Law

These user terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By accepting these terms, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

9.2 Force Majeure

Bright Mind Academy is not responsible for breaches of these terms caused by circumstances beyond our control.

9.3 Changes

We reserve the right to change the content or format of our courses, services, platform, or site at any time without prior notice. This does not affect your rights or the agreement made at the time of purchase.

Cancellation and Refund

10.1 Online Services

For services accessed online, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase. If you start the course within this period, you lose the right to cancel. On cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

10.2 Third-Party Purchases

For purchases made through third parties such as REED.co.uk, you may cancel within 14 days from the purchase date. If you redeem your voucher during this period, you request us to begin providing the course materials, and you acknowledge losing the right to cancel and receive a refund.
